Viewings and Negotiation

At Glentworth Lettings our professional staff can carry out viewings from Monday to Saturday; we know each property so we can assist you if there are any questions that arise. We act as negotiators on behalf of the Landlord and the Tenant, so we can advise and help if required to ensure you find that perfect property with the right price for you.

Legalities

Here at Glentworth Lettings we ensure that the required legalities are organised such as the EPC (energy performance certificate), Gas safety certificate, Electrical testing, furnishings and furniture acts. These are all carried out before you move in to the property and kept up to date with our in house maintenance section during the course of your tenancy.
